To join our MetCon class, you need to have a reasonable level of fitness. Intermediate level (our Bootcamp class) requires no base level of fitness.
Keepfit.ie applies a max 25:1 participant:coach ratio ensuring that you receive personal attention from your coach.
If you are actively participating in team sports or do fitness work 3+ times in a week, you will benefit from our MetCon class. If you exercise sporadically or not at all, our intermediate class (Bootcamp class) is appropriate.
