How many people are there per class?
Keepfit.ie applies a max 25:1 participant:coach ratio ensuring that you receive personal attention from your coach
How do I know which level suits me best?
If you are actively participating in team sports or do fitness work 3+ times in a week, you will benefit from the advanced class. If you exercise sporadically or not at all, the intermediate class is appropriate
Do I have to be fit to join?
To join the advanced class, you need to have a reasonable level of fitness. Intermediate level requires no base level of fitness

Are there changing facilities available at the venue?
Yes. Participants should wear comfortable clothes consisting of t-shirt/sweater; shorts/tracksuit and runners. On wet evenings, we shall avail of indoor facilites. You should also bring water to ensure hydration.
