I joined Keepfit a number of months ago and couldn't recommend it enough! I'm a keen runner who has spent the last number of years struggling with a back injury and was looking for a class that would help build my core strength while also allowing me to improve my cardiovascular fitness. Having tried yoga and pilates classes of every description, I found them too slow and invariably got bored however with Keepfit, every session is fast and varied so it keeps your interest. Since joining i've seen huge improvements in my overall fitness levels and am running more than ever with very little back trouble!

I first joined Keepfit.ie in May 2009 shortly after the hockey season ended. I didn't want the level of fitness I had built up during the season to drop and was looking for something different and challenging to do in the summer evenings. Not only did the classes help maintain my fitness level, the method of instruction encouraged me to push myself that little bit further and both my fitness and stamina levels increased as a result. Keepfit provided a way in which I could condition and tone up whilst at the same time doing a cardio workout. I tend to veer away from weight training due to a fear of becoming "too muscly" or "too big", so for me Keepfit struck the right balance. There was no dread of the impending physicals on my return to pre season hockey training and having reached a better level of fitness and strength I could then concentrate more on my hockey skills. I would highly recommend Keepfit and I hope to sign up again next summer!

I joined KeepFit.ie in May 2009. I am 46 years of age and feel so much the better for joining up. I find that I have so much more energy & zest for Life. Also love the way all my clothes fit me properly! I took a break at the end of June and returned the following September. I quickly got back up to speed because the sessions are so well delivered.
